Aiding those in any stage of postpartum, whether that’s four weeks after birth of four years. With a blend of yoga and modern healing principles, we’ll work to strengthen your core and ease your body into gentle recovery.
prenatal yoga classes
Designed to ease aches and pains, promote flexibility, and gently prepare your body for birth. Gather with fellow pregnant people to build community, strengthen your body, and find a place of deep surrender using breath, physical postures, and guided meditation.
Postpartum yoga classes
A space for postpartum parents to heal and strengthen their bodies and minds together. Gather to build community, experience support, and give your body time to gently recover heal from birth. Baby is more than welcome to join you for this practice.
Reproductive Education
I’m available to facilitate reproductive education, from workshops for parents to classes for school-aged teens. Some of the classes I offer include: Birth Prep / Childbirth Education, Postpartum Prep, Menstrual and Sexual Health Education, Meal Prep Classes. Learn more or set up a class by contacting me.
