Caitlin: Prenatal Yoga
I attended Sarah's prenatal yoga classes back in 2013, when I was expecting my youngest child.
Sarah’s classes were warm, welcoming and embracing of all types of parents and bodies. I always felt well supported in whatever my body could do that day, and in being just exactly myself.
Sarah has a way of connecting with everyone in her classes that makes people feel relaxed and welcomed. I would recommend her classes to any birthing parents!
